• Each design profile is developed by our architect and design staff and made structurally sound within the C.S.A guidelines



• Each piece of precast is tagged so the bricklayers know exactly where to put each piece of precast with a copy of the layout of the house



• The forms are made out of either wood and are fiberglass coated by our skilled carpenters; or plastic injected moulding so you get the best finish possible.



• After the molds are set up, production workers bend rebar or make a cage to assure tough long lasting quality



• After stripping a finisher will correct deficits if any. A wide range of sandblast texture a smooth cast or an etching will finish it.



• When the precast is delivered it should be inspected and if there is any problem ie. chips, cracks, etc or you are not completely satisfied, return the piece(s) on the truck and call us. We will make them immediately and ship them back out within 2 business days at no charge to you, the customer.
